About the Role:
We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to help design the future of healthcare. We believe that healthcare should be easy, streamlined and transparent. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers and other designers to develop and thoughtful healthcare experiences. We're a collaborative group, guided by a highly iterative user-centered design process. That means the lines between disciplines becomes blurred, and the impact you can have is huge.
Who are you?
A designer with 4+ years of experience in the digital product space.
Deep product experience demonstrated through a portfolio of multiple case studies.
Experience collaborating with Product Managers on product briefs, scoping projects and roadmapping.
Willing to define and navigate ambiguity.
Iterative design methodologies drive your ability to gather feedback early and often.
Utilizes user research, analytics, and strategy to back design choices.
Exceptional facilitator. You know how to usher a big and small project through to launch and ensure you are always in sync with your team counterparts.
Capable of balancing user and business needs.
- Extensive experience building products with multidisciplinary teams.
Fluent in modern web technologies and a fundamental understanding of front-end development.
Excited to contribute and take ownership at an early stage of a company.
Flexible in a fast-changing startup environment (able to “roll with the punches”).
- Sharp eye for detail and highly developed organizational skills.
Exceptional foundational design skills (typography, composition, overall good design sensibilities.)
Overly communicative and has mature toolbox of communication and teamwork styles
This position reports to the Director of Product Design in our NYC headquarters.
