OTA Insight is a Revenue Management Intelligence Provider for the hospitality business (our clients are individual hotels and major chains like Hilton, Accor, … ). OTA Insight is an online dashboard solution (SaaS) providing rate intelligence for the hotels to increase their revenue by optimising their pricing.  We combine cutting edge technology and data analytics to provide smarter business intelligence to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Today OTA Insight is present in more than 140 countries around the world and has more than 30 000 partners.

We are looking for a full-time Product Marketing Manager in Ghent or London to join our Product Team. You will help launch the products that fuel OTA Insight’s mission to empower hoteliers to make smart revenue and distribution strategies. You’ll have a direct impact on our products go-to-market strategy and the roll-out of new experiences that help both the world’s biggest hotel chains such as Hilton and Best Western, as well smaller independent hotels, all over the world.


  • You will be responsible for the go-to-market activities for all OTA Insight products;
  • You will work with the Product team to define the right messaging and the right positioning for all our OTA Insight products and features, differentiating from competition;
  • You will set up beta programmes with key clients to gather feedback from early adopters;
  • You will guide the Global Marketing team on product USPs, competitive advantages and overall product launch timelines;
  • You will ensure knowledge is shared and communicated with the entire company;
  • You will create product related content for different communication channels such as our FAQ, in-app messaging, our blog, ..;
  • You will talk with current customers and prospects to understand their needs and pain points and build buyer personas;
  • Your ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial in your role as a Product Marketing Manager you will be the expert in our hotel personas and how they find, evaluate and purchase our solutions.

  • Proven working experience (2 - 3 years) in product management,  marketing, communication or other related product roles;
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in product marketing & evaluation of new technologies;
  • Managing projects, working to tight deadlines and budgets;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (English is a must, other language is a plus);
  • Experience with SaaS is a plus
