The Role

The Head of Corporate Treasury is responsible for day to day oversight of our Treasury team, as well as ensuring the global banking structure is sufficient to support business needs. As a member of the Global Finance team, you will identify and execute on key internal and external workflows across the business as well as be a strategic thought partner to leadership. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategy (and related policies/procedures) for global banking structure.
  • Manage daily cash operations, enhancing operational efficiency while minimizing cost/counterparty risk.
  • Partner with the business (understand business environment, core drivers and cash needs) to ensure strategies are aligned to support business growth.
  • Create routine cash forecasting process, taking into consideration impact of working capital, accounting policies and capital projections.
  • Provide strategy and day to day support of various Risk Management initiatives (corporate insurance, foreign exchange, interest rate risk).
  • Develop recommendations around Treasury systems to improve efficiency, scalability and reduce risk.
  • Partnering with internal Finance teams as well as teams outside of Finance (Legal Ninjas, Business Development, People Operations) must be second nature.

What We Value

  • Bachelor degree required, Finance or Accounting degree preferred. MBA/CPA a plus.
  • 12+ years of relevant Finance experience; including 7 or more leading and managing the Treasury function.
  • Ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve Finance/business related matters.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Collaborative working style, and experience working across companies with teams of varied size to achieve common goals.
  • Strong Excel skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with high-growth technology companies.
  • Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, Treasury Management Systems and/or similar systems and a strong interest in using Palantir's software.
