The Role

Palantir's Real Estate Team acquires, designs, builds and runs Palantir's diverse real estate portfolio. We scope out locations to meet the needs of our rapidly growing company and design the spaces to make our people feel at home. Once we have a vision, we bring that vision to life, leading the entire build out process.

As a Real Estate Project Manager, you will handle the physical build out efforts for new and existing office spaces. You will be a project manager for construction projects around the globe and coordinate between internal parters, external contractors and vendors for projects ranging in size from 5,000 to 100,000 square feet.

You will ensure that all construction projects are seamless, ensuring that our offices continue to rapidly grow without sacrificing quality or craftsmanship. It will be your responsibility to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. When you encounter blockers to these goals, you are comfortable collaborating with all parties to reach a successful resolution.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage domestic and international construction projects, ensuring that the spaces fosters a productive, collaborate and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, including Finance, Operations, Legal, IT, Engineering and Security teams.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including architects, general construction, and third party firms.

What We Value

  • BA/BS in Construction Management or similar area of study
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in Real Estate, Design and Construction
  • Experience working with contractors, from bidding stages to reviewing the finished product
  • Experience estimating projects, negotiating fees, and building and managing budgets and schedules

Required

  • This role will require travel (domestic and international) up to 40-50% of the time, depending on your home office location.
