We are looking for a part-time (20 hrs/week) creative copywriter for an on-site position located in Beverly Hills, CA. This copywriter should have experience in the world of social impact with a background in editorial and marketing. This individual will develop, write and edit content for our various campaign newsletters, websites, and social media.
Write clear, compelling copy with a distinct voice for various mediums.
Collaborate with Marketing and Social Impact teams to develop and maintain a clear and consistent brand voice
Propose copy concepts
Proven ability to quickly and accurately edit and proofread copy
Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
Proven experience as a copywriter or related role
Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
Skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy for the web
Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Work well in a team and with a range of creative people
Be able to multitask among various campaigns, work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
Have an eye for detail
Experience with SEO best practices
Experience with entering text into email platforms
