The Inside Sales Representative is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Director of Inside Sales. A successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the market, and converting new prospects into Paxata customers.
The Inside Sales Representative will be a vital cog to help drive revenue to the company. Paxata is the leader in one of the hottest sectors within information management – data preparation. You will play a key part in expanding the Paxata brand as the pioneer for self-service data preparation
You will be measured by revenue closed and will be given the flexibility to create a book of business of your own. We encourage account development through outbound prospecting, social selling, networking, and any sales activity that would contribute to expanding the Paxata brand. Deliver personal demos for prospects
Work in tandem with SDR team on territory plans
Ability to work on sales teams that requires fast paced and high activity volume
History of over exceeding quota
Ability to quickly conceptualize and articulate solution sets and value propositions
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Experience in SFDC is preferred
Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
