Payfactors is looking for a Front End Developer to join our growing User Experience team. The Front End Developer will play a key role in transforming the Payfactors interface and building a world-class user experience. The perfect individual for this role will have a passion for visually arresting design and delivering a superior experience to our clients.
Minimum 3 years of experience in front-end development
Expert in a CSS preprocessor like SASS/SCSS
Expert knowledge of Angular 2+
Functional knowledge of Bootstrap
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Track record of sharing knowledge with team members
Experience writing clear and effective documentation
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Prior knowledge of web accessibility standards required
Experience building or contributing to a design system strongly preferred
Experience with data visualization preferred
Previous experience working in B2B SaaS environment preferred
Strong portfolio of prior work desired
Daily collaboration with User Experience, Product Management and Development teams
Build PoCs and approach front-end design in an Agile manner
Translate designs and technical requirements into functional components
Collaborate with Design team to ensure that designs align with customer needs and desires
Contribute to the build out of a new design system from the ground up
Be a champion for reusable and scalable components
Pursue visually arresting design without sacrificing function and usability
