Sr. Associate - Client Services

PayFactors is looking for a Sr. Associate of Client Services to partner with and assist our clients with their tactical compensation administration initiatives within our proprietary compensation point solution software. The Sr. Associate will lead project initiatives of our client partners, ensuring that milestones/goals/deliverables are met.

The right individual for this role will be detail oriented and comfortable balancing multiple projects. Additionally, the individual must be proficient working with large data sets and Microsoft Excel. Requirements/Skills:
Senior Level
Bachelor’s degree required
Intrinsic self-starter and problem solver
Proficient working with large data sets and Microsoft Excel
Compensation or HRIS knowledge a plus
Basic understanding of how relational databases work
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to collaborate with peers, managers, and clients while leading project based tasks
Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of timelines and budgets
Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment
Awareness and pride in 100% client satisfaction
Located in the Boston area

Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with and assist our clients with data configuration and product user interface within the PayFactors application
Provide ongoing support (e.g., customer inquiries, data refreshes, product training, etc.) to our clients
Collaborate with Product Management function with ongoing project work
Develop standard processes and procedures to scale ongoing recurring initiatives
Diagnose and solve technical issues related to software application
Ensure client satisfaction and product/service adoption
