Payfactors is growing! We are currently looking for a smart and energetic Business Development Representative that is eager to join a fast growing company and contribute to our rapid growth. In this highly visible role, you will partner with your Account Executive team to set up web-based meetings with potential new customers. You will be responsible for finding and sourcing new leads using a series of sales tools that help maximize your productivity through streamlined processes with active management, coaching, and feedback.
This is an opportunity to partner with and learn from a team of Sales All-Stars and make a bunch of cash (excellent compensation package with significant upside) all while having fun. Bachelor’s degree required
6+ months of face-to-face or phone-based selling or customer facing experience
Boston-based- No sponsorship or relocation is currently available
Form professional e-mails and the ability to take detailed notes
Ability to quickly learn and utilize potentially unfamiliar technologies such as Salesforce and LinkedIn
Exceptional interpersonal skills when interacting with both colleagues and potential clients
Generate new opportunities through outbound calls and email campaigns
Perform 80-125 calls per day to Director and VP level contacts
Come to work hungry with the desire to be the best
Sourcing your own leads through provided sales tools
Collaborate and share best practices with your colleagues on the Inside Sales team
Maintain up to date customer and prospect information in Salesforce.com
Maintain professional presence over the phone and via email
