We’re looking for

Payoneer is looking for a talented Sales Operation Manager based in Shenzhen to support our activities within the Direct Department - turning data into insights and collaborating with stakeholders inside and outside of the department, responsible for the following primary focus:  

  • Work with sales management teams to design and execute product pricing promotions/campaigns
  • Analyze customer cohorts and provide pricing analytics that maximize revenue output
  • Work with sales management team to enhance business understanding, key customer drivers, and track sales growth
  • Track and handle daily business issues and accidents in the system. Create salesforces reports and dashboards to analysis business behavior and find the pain points. Initiate discussion with relevant department to seek solutions.
  • Manage salesforce opportunities to smooth daily operations and promote Payoneer sales.
  • Analyze Sales & Account Management Results and identify areas for strategic focus and development
  • Work with Product & Data Department on integrating data from various sources and creating analytical models to enhance operational efficiency
  • Conduct data analysis and translate it into business recommendations (ROI, Retention, Dashboards, etc.)
  • Conduct commission review and calculations on a regular basis

Have you accomplished this kind of qualifications?

  • 8-10 years of experience as an analyst – Must
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese – Mandarin - Must
  • Experience working with Excel (pivot, v-lookup, charts) – Must
  • Over 3 years’ experience in system operations. – Must
  • Sales and service oriented. Good communication skill to convert company policies to business language.
  • BA/B.Sc. in Economics / Statistics / Math / Industrial Engineering or other quantitative field
  • Independent

  • Experience Working With Salesforce – Big Advantage
  • Experience in sales or marketing
  • Experience in Financial Services or FinTech companies
