Peloton’s Content Department, comprising our Production, Studio Operations and Instructor teams, works 365 days a year to deliver a broad offering of highly-engaging subscription content to our members.  We are a highly-collaborative, fast-moving department that focuses on evolving our innovative programming. 

We’re looking for an experienced bi-lingual Producer (English + another European language) to oversee all aspects of developing and producing top-notch live and on-demand fitness and wellbeing programming for our service.  As this role will be based at our London Studio, the position will be supported by our highly-attractive international relocation package.   

Your creative vision will encourage an atmosphere that inspires your team to continually elevate their game and produce breakthrough work.  Your strong management skills will develop actionable production plans and enable you to deliver multiple priorities simultaneously.  Your first-rate leadership and communication style will demonstrate commitment to Peloton’s mission, mentoring and generating passion among production staff and Instructors. 


  • Lead a new team of producers
  • Drive programming strategy 
  • Take ownership of content quality and development
  • Foster a culture of motivation and accountability across your team
  • Display big picture thinking while also maintaining high attention to detail and deadlines
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Production Management team to develop understanding of work flow and production infrastructure
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to understand issues and business goals in order to ensure strategic plans are in sync
  • Manage instructor talent (e.g. enhance their fitness content, support class planning/music choices, ensure personal brands/social media content are aligned with Peloton objectives) 


  • Bi-lingual (English + other European language) 
  • 10+ years of related production experience - including significant experience in daily live studio environment (e.g. daytime TV, reality TV, news or sports)
  • Experience producing talent
  • Passion for content creation 
  • Proven experience managing a team and running day-to-day operations
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively with teams across every level of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and successfully manage multiple assignments concurrently
  • Detail oriented, able to work under pressure and with excellent organizational skills
  • Proactive thinking idea machine with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in data/KPI usage 
  • Practical knowledge of financial, legal and media rights/licensing issues
  • Knowledge of fitness & wellbeing an advantage
