The  Manager, Digital Media plays an important role on the Digital Media team, responsible for the strategy development, performance, and campaign execution across Search, YouTube, & Google Display Network. You should understand how search & OLV advertising functions; how bids relate to keyword performance and campaign efficiency so they can optimize and manage campaign budget allocation.


  • Strategy development & execution for Peloton Paid Search (text & shopping), YouTube, & Google Display campaigns including planning, trafficking, day-to-day optimizations & budget pacing
  • Work with Digital Analyst to drive performance across key KPIs through optimizations and frequent testing
  • Develop & maintain quarterly testing roadmaps across OLV & Search 
  • Devise campaign execution strategy plans & performance readouts for cross functional performance readouts 
  • Lead bi-weekly creative shareouts for owned channels, inclusive of creative insights and action items for key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the creative & product marketing teams on building ad copy & developing video assets to meet platform best practices
  • Traffic, upload, and QA keywords harnessing the Bid Management Tool process
  • Curate extensive sample targeting lists that align with Peloton’s intended audience (research and vet videos, channels, interests, keywords, and URLs for brand safety/suitability)
  • Implement custom audiences, contextual, look-alikes, and other affinity groups for targeting
  • Campaign set-up and management including audience targeting, creative testing, bid and budget management, etc.
  • Manage digital analyst inclusive of assigning & prioritizing key projects, as well as, career planning & development


  • 4+ years of proven expertise in Search (Google, Bing) & YouTube execution; Search management platform experience preferred 
  • Working knowledge of Pinterest & Google Display Network planning and execution; Pinterest management experience preferred 
  • Acquisition, retail, or e-commerce campaign management experience 
  • Familiarity working with & presenting to cross-functional teams
  • Experience with incrementality measurement
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing 
  • Excellent skills in data-driven analysis
  • Significant media-specific spreadsheet experience (pivot tables, vlookups, media formulas); experience with Google Sheets, Docs and Slides a plus 
  • A clear understanding of pacing, flighting and nuances of managing channel-specific budgets
