The Senior Manager, Social & Editorial, will lead Peloton’s social media campaigns across all earned social media, including Facebook (brand page, instructor pages, showroom pages), Instagram, Spotify, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, as well as lead content strategy and editorial production for The Output, Peloton’s editorial site. The role requires a creative leader that has run a world-class social media team and who can build and deliver a winning social & editorial strategy.


  • Serve as a senior strategist and gatekeeper of the Peloton brand on social media, driving the approach and allocating team resources to optimize across all social channels
  • Work with across the marketing & creative teams to develop compelling assets (photo, graphic, video, etc.) for key campaigns across each social platform
  • Ensure that our voice is present in other relevant social platforms/channels not owned by Peloton
  • Work with our instructors to bring their own brands to life in social media
  • Collaborate with fellow leaders across Sales and Marketing to ensure clear and consistent messaging for new products, promotions, channels, features, etc.
  • Anticipate and initiate reporting and analysis and deliver results and feedback to cross-functional partners
  • Develop and own processes and reporting to the broader organization to ensure that the voice of the Member on social is shared with — and acted upon — by key partner functions including Product, Software, Quality, Logistics, and Content
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to social media team members and hire & manage interns.
  • Act as a key owner of the business KPIs, proactively crafting strategies and executing initiatives sought at driving growth and performance.
  • Support social media director in developing social media strategy plans and team goals.


  • Proven experience developing and executing compelling social strategies at a distinctive global consumer brand
  • Passion for social media, including keeping up on new trends and industry standards
  • Consistent track record to build, run, and develop a team with multifaceted strengths
  • Analytic expertise and experience making dispassionate, empirical decisions
  • Robust project management skills, including the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Demonstrated success in developing cross-functional relationships to drive tangible results
  • Self-awareness to feedback from all levels of the organization
  • Outstanding integrity and ethical standards
