Perpetua provides growth optimization and reporting technology for the world’s smartest eCommerce businesses. Through the platform, brands and sellers create goals based on strategy and rely on Perpetua’s best-in-class, always-on optimization to execute tactically. Perpetua’s intelligent reporting tools will also surface the most important metrics you need in order to easily quantify and examine the investment of your advertising dollars into your business. Integrations with Amazon, Instacart, Walmart and more ensure brands achieve full-funnel engagement and maximum visibility.
We are currently hiring a Business Development Representative to power our sales growth through new customer acquisition.

What’s expected of this role:

  • You will be the "mini CEO" of a defined geographic territory and lead all strategic outbound prospecting efforts for new Perpetua customers in this territory.
  • Track prospects through the sales cycle, utilizing data to identify unique approaches that work best at each stage. You'll work closely with our marketing team to continuously optimize this.
  • Turn prospects into sales opportunities, which in turn convert to paying customers. Again and again.
  • Become a Perpetua expert - you'll be able to answer any questions prospects may have about the product.
  • Consistently deliver against your set quota. Once you prove that you can smash your quota out of the park, you'll be given the opportunity to lead the sales process from initial contact to close for Perpetua SMB customers.

  • Territory autonomy - the team is here to support you, but you're in control. As mentioned above - you're the "mini CEO" of your territory.

About You:

  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • You enjoy working in an industry thats consistently changing.
  • You are crafty, creative, and scrappy.
  • You’re hungry to be a part of a company that’s experiencing rocketship growth, and are willing to do whatever it takes to help us achieve our potential.

Bonus Points If:

  • You have experience in a sales role at a high growth SaaS company
  • You have Amazon marketplace domain expertise
  • You've worked in Ad Tech
