Business Development Representative (DACH) (m/f/d)

Duration: Full-Time
What You'll Do:
- You will be the "mini CEO" of a defined geographic territory and lead all strategic outbound prospecting efforts for new Perpetua customers in this territory.
- Track prospects through the sales cycle, utilizing data to identify unique approaches that work best at each stage. You'll work closely with our growth marketing team to continuously optimize this.
- Turn prospects into sales opportunities, which in turn convert to paying customers. Again and again.
- Become a Perpetua expert - you'll be able to answer any questions prospects may have about the product.
- Consistently deliver against your set quota. Once you prove that you can smash your quota out of the park, you'll be given the opportunity to lead the sales process from initial contact to close for Perpetua SMB customers.

- Best in class industry sales tech stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Territory autonomy - the team is here to support you, but you're in control. As mentioned above - you're the "mini CEO" of your territory.
Who You Are:
- You are fluent in English and German
- You are interested in a career in sales
- You enjoy working in an industry that's consistently changing.
- You are crafty, creative, and scrappy.

- You have experience in a sales role at a high growth SaaS company
- You have Amazon marketplace domain expertise
- You've worked in Ad Tech
