We are currently hiring an Enterprise Sales Lead to grow our business with the world’s largest agencies and brands. In this role, you will also help grow our Enterprise team and have the opportunity to hone in your leadership skills leading a small team of Sales professionals. As our product has matured, we’ve progressively been moving upstream to larger customers with a ton of global traction over the past years.  

Our ideal candidate has progressive years of experience mentoring and coaching Sales teammates, in a closing role, working with larger Enterprise customers with a strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

  • Cultivate a thorough understanding of how brands grow their sales on eCommerce marketplaces and develop strategies to allow customers to achieve those growth goals.
  • Generate net new business with brands and agencies that sell on Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, Target and other eCommerce marketplaces.
  • Lead, mentor and coach a team of sales professionals in your region
  • Prepare a go-to market plan and sales strategy; prospect potential clients and conduct rigorous follow-ups to close deals.
  • Plan and execute sales strategy and provide consistent and accurate forward-looking analysis.
  • Cultivate a thorough understanding of how brands grow their sales on eCommerce marketplaces and develop strategies to allow customers to achieve those growth goals.
  • Ability to uncover pain points and sell solutions at all levels of the organization on target accounts; you're a multi-threading expert.
  • Contract negotiation ownership - within guidelines, you will fully represent Perpetua at the negotiating table.
  • Work closely with a team of BDRs to ideate and execute innovative prospecting strategies to build and grow your pipeline.
  • Some travel is expected to represent Perpetua with client partners, with third parties, at industry events, etc.

Who You Are:

  • Progressive years of experience in a closing role at a SaaS company or equivalent sales experience in a CPG/media agency organization
  • You have worked on larger Enterprise level deals 
  • You have some experience mentoring or formally leading a team
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German
  • Have a proven track record of closing large complex deals at a high growth technology company
  • Proven ability to manage and grow accounts as well as develop new business
  • You can make persuasive decks that tell a story and have captivating presentation skills
