As the Marketing Lead on our Strategic Finance team, you’ll act in a CFO-like capacity for our Marketing organization. You’ll drive sophisticated analysis to inform the team’s strategic direction while also delivering essentials such as strategic plans, financial budgets, and ROI assessments. Your analytic rigor and objective point of view will make you an indispensable resource to our Chief Marketing Officer and her key leaders and the work that you do will ensure that Pinterest optimizes its return on a growing and varied investment in the Marketing function.
What you’ll do:
Advise Marketing leadership on key elements of strategy and resource allocation
Lead business planning initiatives on behalf of our Marketing organization
Assess financial implications of a variety of marketing initiatives
Deliver strategic impact to the business through timely, actionable analysis
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of experience in a directly-related role as part of 5+ years of technology, banking, private equity, corporate finance, economics or consulting experience in a fast-paced industry
Demonstrated experience using analytics and cross-functional collaboration to drive impact at scale
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL
