Pinterest is looking for an experienced software engineer to lead efforts on our corporate engineering team. You will build solutions that enable productivity in the Sales organization and other parts of the business that rely on having accurate and timely data. You have a desire to work on many different problems and the ability to work between many different systems — no two days will be the same!

What you'll do:

Work closely with other engineers to implement, maintain, and fix solutions for business problems that exist within our ecosystem
Help support our off-the-shelf software systems and the customization we’ve already done
Help us grow the skills of more junior members of the team
Build solutions that are well-tested, well-written, and maintainable; the systems you will work on are mission-critical and evolving
Manage workloads and projects of contractors working within and around the team
Work cross-functionally with many stakeholder teams to deliver software to help them be more productive, and manage their expectations

What we're looking for:

Strong skills in Python
5+ years of experience developing scalable software solutions
Comfort working across a wide array of technologies, project types, and business requirements.
Bonus points for leadership or management experience; this is not a management experience but may grow to be one.
