Great brands help make Pinners’ inspirations a reality, and our team of Account Managers develop relationships with partners and agencies across all levels to connect brands with millions of Pinners. As we continue to expand our team of Account Managers, we’re looking for an Account Manager Lead responsible for building, developing, and leading our team of senior Account Managers working with some of the largest brands in Spain and Italy.

What you’ll do:

Develop projects that drive revenue, increase exposure of the team and individuals within Pinterest, as well as developing individuals’ career goals
Pre-empt and remove blockers for the team to ensure they can do their best work
Ensure training for new hires and existing employees is at the highest standard
Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates to help meet hiring goals for this expanding team in 2019
Work closely with the Southern Europe Country Manager to ensure success of market goals
Liaise with XFN teams in the U.S., including but not limited to Product, Marketing, Creative, Partner Support, Measurement, & Training

What we’re looking for:

8+ years experience in digital media industry, prior people management experience is a plus
Must have prior Account Manager experience working with brand and performance media, including auction-based buys
Ability to develop and maintain excellent cross-functional relationships with prior experience working across teams and regions
Genuine desire to develop people, especially bringing the best out of high performing individuals
Excited to build a new market and solve problems
French, Spanish, or Italian speaker preferred but not a must, with excellent written and verbal English speaking skills
