As a Process Specialist, you will work with the Sales team to address questions regarding account assignments and reconcile any misalignments. This work touches a significant portion of our revenue and is growing rapidly. You will partner with Sales Strategy & Operations to continue refining account ownership principles and resolving escalations. You will also partner with the Operational Excellence team to improve the data integrity of our internal sales systems and optimize our operational workflows.

What you’ll do:

Execute daily account creation and account mapping work across all Sales channels
Ensure timely and accurate lead routing and assignment
Understand our account ownership principles and guidelines to resolve account ownership inquiries and escalations
Improve data hygiene in our CRM system through daily maintenance, proactive cleanup efforts, and implementation of data validation rules
Identify and implement process improvements across account ownership, account creation and lead routing workflow

What we’re looking for:

2+ years experience in operational or support role experience
Experience organizing chaotic ad hoc tasks it into repeatable consistent items
Clear, concise, communication to stakeholders at all levels
Ability to build trusted relationships
Ability to use sound business judgment in nuanced situations to keep projects moving forward
Experience working with Salesforce
Knowledge of SQL + Tableau a plus, but not required

This is a contract position at Pinterest. As such, the contractor who fills this role will be employed either by our staffing partner (ProUnlimited) or by an agency partner, and not an employee of Pinterest. All interviews will be scheduled and/or conducted by the Pinterest assignment manager. When a finalist has been selected, ProUnlimited or the agency partner will extend the offer and provide assignment details including duration, benefits options and onboarding details.
