Pinterest is looking for a Lead Product Designer for our Creator Incentives team to envision and build how Creators make money on Pinterest. You'll partner closely with engineering, product management, data analysts, international, and research teams to help Creators be successful in inspiring others to create a life they love.
In this position you will be an integral part of the company’s primary focus on how we make more content creators successful on the platform in the right ways that support a positive, nourishing, and actionable Pinner experience.
What you’ll do:
  • Develop strategies and roadmaps that help Creators make money; working with and managing feedback from multiple stakeholders across teams, orgs and executive leadership
  • Bring ideas to life through UX, visual design, prototyping, and storytelling to communicate your vision to the team.
  • Work closely with the product, engineering, research, writing and product marketing teams to design impactful solutions
  • Be comfortable in a fast paced, iterative, experimental, and data driven environment
  • Collaborate and drive alignment with product design leadership and designers across all teams
  • Uphold and inspire a high level of design execution throughout the team
What we’re looking for:
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Design; Consistently been able to envision and build high-quality consumer products (web or mobile) in collaboration with product management and engineering partners, showcased by multiple projects throughout your career
  • A portfolio of design projects that showcases a consistent ability outstanding product and ecosystem thinking through UX, visual design, and storytelling
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and embrace change as an input for design
  • Great communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and what problems they’re solving
  • Experience leading complex projects that incorporate and balance user needs and platform metrics
  • Understanding of acquisition & conversion, metrics-driven design, and internationalization
