 Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding and experienced Customer Success Manager / Sales Executive / Account Manager who is interested in serving a $2-3M book of large logo clients. As our company grows, more than 400 accounts and rising, we want an Enterprise-level account manager willing to drive the adoption and upsell of a revolutionary product in a large addressable market. Enterprise level work means staying in contact with major customers and actively participating in their use of GitPrime platforms. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with existing clients to create increased revenue opportunities. Experienced remote professionals will be considered.

  • You are sensitive to the wide-array of communication styles of customers, able to understand the differences between what people say they want and what they actually want

  • You have confidence in your ability to initiate, develop, and maintain trusting business relationships 

What you’ll own/what you are responsible for:

  • Managing a $2-3 million portfolio of customer accounts with account retention and growth responsibilities, including Gross and Net Renewal targets.

  • On-premise consultations and presentations - travel is required, variable, and subject to change, accounting for about 25% of your work time.

  • Customer on-boarding and product training, with ongoing demonstrations of new products and value demonstration to customers. 

Experience you’ll need:

  • You should have no less than three years of previous experience in software consulting, agile coaching, engineering management, or people operations roles

  • You will need demonstrable skills in written, oral, and interpersonal communications, focused towards customer persuasion and idea acceptance

  • You MUST have excellent time management skills, particularly the ability to prioritize and execute tasks that directly impact business objectives

  • You need some experience with Linux, PostgreSQL database, with Docker and Replicated being preferred
