We’re looking for a People Analyst to drive insights for recruiting, career development, learning and talent Management programs for leaders and managers in a fast-paced, growing company. The ideal candidate is someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to understand what leaders, managers and employees need, develop hypotheses to test assumptions, and present results that drive action and achieve impact. You'll work with internal clients to design and execute talent-related experiments, launch and analyze surveys to help us improve People Operations processes and solve HR-related challenges creatively.

What You'll Do

  • Play a pivotal role in designing, executing and measuring the effectiveness of global talent programs, which includes identifying issues, forming hypotheses and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations
  • Develop and analyze surveys and metrics
  • Work closely with recruiting, talent, engagement, workforce planning, compensation and other HR functions to drive decision-making
  • Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives and influence leaders to action on those findings

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree desired in a field that uses analytics to understand human behavior (e.g., Organizational Behavior, Social/Personality Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology)
  • 4-6 years of applied experience executing analysis, communicating results, & developing metrics that matter
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR, People Analytics/Insights
  • Experience with SQL and Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau. Comfortable with Pivot tables, V lookups
  • Experience analyzing data from surveys and experimental research in a business or academic context (applied experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Ability to translate data into insights for a non-technical audience
  • Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
