Support Postmates employees in resolving problems with IT, AV, and communications systems
Document and improve our support processes
Hardware and software purchasing
Maintain and update asset management records
Minimum of two years as an IT Support Tech
Experience using ticket based workflow management systems such as Remedy, Freshdesk, or JIRA Service Desk.
Experience with using and troubleshooting MacOS
Ability to help employees solve hardware and software problems
Experience troubleshooting network issues in large offices
Experience supporting and troubleshooting printer systems
Good verbal and written communication skills
Service oriented attitude, self starter
Willingness to travel to other Postmates offices in the US
Experience with a scripting language
Apple Certified Support Professional
Experience with Windows, Linux, Virtual Machines
Experience with off the shelf and open source MDM tools (Puppet/JAMF/Munki etc)
