Customer Success Manager

Based out of our Budapest office, the Customer Success Manager will play a critical part in helping new customers fall in love with Prezi. As a trusted advisor, experienced Prezi user, and storytelling expert, they will teach customers about Prezi functionality & features, empower them to distribute Prezi to their broader teams, and help them drive the adoption of Prezi across their organizations. Ideal candidates want to help people be more conversational, tell more stories, engage their audiences, and take a new approach to how they present.


  • Hit the ground running with pre-existing Prezi knowledge
  • Develop an understanding of our customers’ business requirements to optimize team usage of Prezi  maximize the value they get out of the product
  • Oversee the onboarding of new customers and ensure successful adoption of the tool
  • Monitor, renew, and grow accounts within a select portfolio of customers
  • Share best practices based on segmentation and use case
  • Track and monitor account activity and status
  • Stay up to date on the latest product developments
  • Plan and conduct product training for customers via webinars
  • Identify areas for improvement, not only in our products and services but in the customer experience as a whole. Communicate those ideas to various stakeholders with the goal of always improving the customer experience
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop referenceable accounts and use cases for specific industry verticals and/or departmental functions


  • Experience using Prezi in a previous organization or as a student
  • A love for creative execution and storytelling
  • 1-3 years in a customer-facing role, having demonstrated an ability to build rapport and trust
  • Passion for helping customers and a commitment to creating top customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience conducting in-person training and webinars
  • Excellent cross-functional people and project management skills
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity, multitask, and move with rapid speed
  • Ability to innovate, think creatively, and work collaboratively to address problems
  • Strong motivation to work both independently and with a larger team
  • Sense of urgency to perform/deliver results

 Preferred qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales enablement
  • Experience at a software company focused on SaaS and/or cloud computing
  • Native French language skills is a big advantage
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools
