Company Description

At Qualtrics, our mission is to close experience gaps—the costly differences between what customers and employees expect, and what they’re receiving.

8,500+ organizations worldwide and more than 3/4 of the Fortune 100 rely on the Qualtrics Experience Management Platform™ to collect, analyze, and act on feedback—more feedback than they ever thought possible. With Qualtrics XM, organizations can manage the four core experiences of business—customer, employee, product, and brand experience. Organizations can be at every meaningful touchpoint, for every experience, and predict what will resonate most with customers and employees.

The Challenge

As a Principal Engineer for Qualtrics, you will be responsible for contributing to and leading the design of our system design efforts. You will contribute substantially to initiatives such as the development of innovative new products, services, and features for our XM Platform. You will identify and pursue opportunities to integrate technical solutions across all Qualtrics teams. You will help drive the direction and development of a premier technology organization and be at the center of all key system level decisions.

You will lead and engage in design reviews, architectural discussions, requirements definitions and other technical activities as a leader within Qualtrics. You’ll have the opportunity to work on our most complex problems. You will also be expected to contribute to the health of our engineering culture. You are a pragmatic visionary who can translate business needs into workable technology solutions.
