  • Building a pipeline of top engineers through researching and sourcing for candidates 
  • Being obsessive about great candidate experience 
  • Contacting and engaging candidates, managing their experience throughout the process 
  • Qualifying candidates for technical and cultural fit 
  • Managing and driving full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process 
  • Staying up to speed on relevant news in the tech startup space 
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism 
  • Managing multiple candidate channels including agencies, advertising and other recruiting campaigns 

Requirements include:

  • Bachelors degree 
  • 2+ years of experience, preferably with a mix of in house and agency experience
  • Technical sourcing and recruiting experience for a consumer facing web/mobile startup with elite standards for engineering candidates 
  • Track record for successfully identifying and qualifying exceptional engineering candidates
  • Experience in sourcing for technical candidates through multiple channels 
  • Experience working in a multi-national company and across multiple locations is desirable 
  • Passion/interest and understanding of technology 
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
