A Day in the Life

  • Build your market Acquiring clients, negotiating, and selling the Qualtrics Experience Management platform to marketing, customer experience, research, and/or HR executives of Fortune 500 companies, governments NPOs, and/or academic institutions
  • Leading potential clients to an understanding of the options or solutions that apply to their situation, demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs
  • Define and execute territory sales plans within the assigned territory
  • Contributing in weekly meetings with meaningful insights
  • Leading potential clients to an understanding of the options or solutions that apply to their situation, demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs
  •  Daily Prospecting/assess new sales potential.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience, with proven track records in achieving quotas in the ASEAN region, especially outside Singapore.
  • Experience selling in mid-market and enterprise space.
  • Goal-Getter. Strive to achieve sales KPIs daily, weekly, monthly, etc. You are willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
  • Effective Communicator. You have the ability to ‘story-tell’ and illustrate strong communication skills cross-functionally.
  • Highly Competitive
  • Strong work ethic - Daily 
  • Experience with cold calling hundreds of prospects in a week
  • Effectively optimise internal and external networks.
  • Evidence of relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships.
  • Excellent at leveraging C-level and LOB relationships.
  • Exhibits characteristics of self-starting, risk-taking, and a drive to succeed.
  • Team player & Empathetic


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce.com
  • 5+ years of Direct Sales experience
