About The Role

The Senior Manager of Investor Relations role will be responsible for executing and leading the global investor relations (IR) program, including helping to define the IR strategy and help carry out the annual operating plan in conjunction with the FP&A team. The Senior Manager of IR creates and delivers reliable financial communications to shareholders in an effort to increase value and visibility, and will have the opportunity to help shape strategic, financial, and operating decisions for the company based on shareholder feedback. The Senior Manager of IR will work to create new ways of communicating our unique value proposition to investors by ensuring the strength of our business model and our financial analysis is displayed clearly and accurately. Qualtrics is looking for someone who has a proven track record of integrity and trust while partnering with stakeholders across every level and department in the company as well as partnering externally with shareholders and other key players. The right candidate will drive business insights and continuous improvement, bring a quantitative, data-driven mindset, and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. This position will report to the Head of FP&A and Investor Relations. 



  • Serve as co-spokesperson to investors, research analysts, proxy and ESG analysts and develop relationships with these groups by communicating company strategy, priorities, and competitive advantage
  • Build a vision for a best-in-class investor relations program and execute on this vision by developing and adopting appropriate processes, protocols, and systems
  • Partner with other finance areas (most notably Accounting and FP&A) to review financial reporting
  • Work alongside our executive team to establish a strategic roadmap and growth targets for multiple business units and geographies
  • Collaborate with company executives to create and distribute strategic, value-driving investment messages, including news releases, board and investor meeting materials, and other key collateral for internal and external communications
  • Appropriately advance the company’s financial narrative as a key contributor to quarterly earnings and other press releases, call scripts, internal and external presentations, as well as talking points and relevant Q&A
  • Create internal & external executive reporting documents including board, close and other management presentations
  • Develop key highlights/KPIs to drive business performance and track growth initiatives
  • Build strong internal networks, engaging others throughout the company to cultivate deep subject matter expertise across multiple product areas (e.g. salesforce automaton, customer service and support, analytics, etc.), and remain current on all company and competitor business activities to effectively articulate the company’s growth strategy and competitive advantages
  • Provide feedback to management and the Board of Directors related to discussions with the investment community and sentiment towards the company's business strategies, market developments, and external events
  • Assist with presentations for investor, corporate communications and marketing initiatives, customer events and investor conferences, road shows and other activities in support of strategy and business development initiatives



  • 10+ years of experience in a finance role, investment management or research, investment banking, capital markets, or other industry-related work experience
  • Experience with a fast-growing company with scale in the SaaS space
  • Four year university degree required, preferably in accounting, finance, or economics; an MBA, CPA, or CFA is desirable
  • Public company quarterly close and reporting cadence experience
  • Proven success serving as a change agent in a high-growth and scale environment
  • High degree of organization and efficiency with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail while delivering against tight deadlines
  • Highest ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility, and character
  • Strong track record of maintaining relationships and communicating with a wide range of partners both internally and externally
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize workload by managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to break down complex ideas and issues and communicate in simple terms to different levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate creativity and the ability to collaborate across a wide-range of teams to create interesting and relevant content and messaging
