The Challenge

As the Experience Coordinator at Qualtrics, you will be the first point of contact for candidates, clients, partners, and other guests. Your responsibilities will include delivering a memorable welcome experience to those guests, handling various office tasks, and running our Client Experience Visitor Program. We’re looking for someone who is independent, reliable, and has strong multitasking skills. The position will rely heavily on your ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring a positive front-desk experience for both internal and external individuals.

A Day in the Life

  • Welcomes candidates, clients, partners, and other guests as a positive first point of contact to our Dublin office.

  • Manages all deliveries to and from the Dublin office, including swag packages custom-built for clients and partners.

  • Owns the CX Visitor Program by delivering the ultimate client experience. 

  • Coordinates candidate welcome experience, including travel and accommodation.

  • Owns day-to-day office housekeeping – takes pride in maintaining a high standard in our environment.

  • Consistently thinks of ways to improve the office environment – Employee Experience is paramount.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time

  • Ability to lead out on projects with little supervision

  • Very detail oriented and extremely organised

  • Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last minute changes

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
