Quantcast is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to work on the Ads Manager team in our San Francisco headquarters.
Digital advertising is always an innovative and challenging space. Even today, the solution is continuously evolving and far from perfection. The mission of the Ads Manager team is to leverage these structural advantages to build the best software for marketers to target precise audiences on the open internet. As an engineer on this team, you will work on challenging problems in the digital advertising space and deliver valuable features that have enormous impact on the clients and revenue of our company.
Design, implement and operate complex technical systems to deliver product features
Lead the planning and execution of large projects to drive business outcome
Coordinate with other teams to identify and resolve the cross-team dependencies
Support and develop the members of the team by providing regular and constructive feedback on code, design, and process
Share knowledge and best practices within the team as well as among the wider engineering organization
Participate in a team-wide on-call rotation to keep the systems healthy
Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
Deep understanding of distributed computing and microservice architecture
Excellent skills in processing large volume of data and analyzing it to drive business decisions
Solid foundation of data structures and algorithms and ability to apply them to real-world problems
