Quantcast is seeking a driven Salesforce Business Analyst to join a high-impact Sales Finance and & Operations Team. This role will work as a member of a highly cross functional team, bridging together our Enterprise Applications group along with Quantcast’s Commercial teams with intelligence by understanding the needs of the business and users and translating those needs for our Enterprise Applications team. This person will be actively engaged with sales teams to help insure data hygiene, build customized reporting and insights, as well as engage in user interviews and testing to ensure our systems are elegant and intuitive. The ideal candidate has an understanding of system configuration, maintenance, improvements, data integrity, deployments, end user support, and governance.
As a key member of the Sales Finance and Operations Team, you will be essential in providing a system of data-driven intelligence for our Executive and Commercial teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with Sales leadership to provide Salesforce reporting and be the front line for fielding account and systems questions from the Commercial teams
  • Regularly audit data to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvement
  • Help Sales Operations scale via automation and other improvements
  • Engage with Stakeholders to ensure long term health of our Salesforce Platform
  • Keeps up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
  • Achieve deep understanding of Quantcast company objectives, business model and sales processes. Collaborate with Sales Operations and Enterprise Applications to translate them into SFDC workflows and reports

Requirements:

  • 3 + years of experience with Salesforce (Salesforce super user of understanding record types, profiles, validation rules, workflow rules, field types) -- with the most recent 2 years as a Business Analyst with focus on the sales and marketing functions
  • Experienced in Salesforce reporting and dashboarding management
  • Familiar with standard business processes of the Sales and Sales Operations functions
  • Experience with data management, transformation, cleansing, and de-duplication
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, project management, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines
  • Outstanding interpersonal and influence skills. Experience driving cross-functional projects end-to-end.
  • Ability to negotiate priorities across organizations at all levels. Ability to lead training for various workflows and features in Salesforce to the end-user
  • Knowledge of database scripting language (SQL), Apex Data Loader, and Tableau
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn diagramming workflow in Lucidchart
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment
