We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.

Required experience, knowledge, and skills

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
  • Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • Good design principles 
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
  • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • Ability to solve problems and come up with efficient, creative solutions
  • Feel comfortable interacting with other teams like product, design; having the ability to communicate effectively at each level and with people with different mindsets
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English (Spanish not required, but is a plus)
  • Open to also working with other javascript frameworks (depending on the product)


  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, related field and/or equivalent job experience
  • Solid CS fundamentals

Desired skills and knowledge (would be a big plus, but not mandatory)

  • Experience in working extensively with code reviews (GitHub pull requests)
  • Knowledge and development experience with Java
  • Experience building distributed, scalable, maintainable, high-availability systems
  • Automated Testing Tools
  • JIRA, Jenkins, Github
  • Ability to efficiently work remotely
  • Knowledge and development experience with ExtJS
