User Operations Quality Analyst

We are looking for an experienced hire in our growing User Operations team, which not only acts as the voice of our Quora community, but also plays a meaningful role in developing and implementing policies within the community.

You are a key link in the quality of our operations and in turn, the quality of our product. You will drive quality improvements with cross-functional teams including training, vendor management, process, and product to ultimately reduce overall error rates. You are also familiar with statistical sampling methodologies to ensure consistency in a unified quality definition and reporting and have a strong inclination to evidence-based decisions. You are strong in the prioritization of your work in improving quality impact based on available resources and constraints.


  • You will establish stretch quality targets for every workflow and ensure consistent and sustained quality performance
  • You will lead regular quality assurance calibration meetings with vendor teams and team leads
  • You will identify any gaps in our quality systems and problem solve quickly and effectively to address them
  • You will process regular auditing and ground-level tasks via our internal tools and systems to keep operations running smoothly
  • You will be the main point of contact to leading internal and external critical issues on error investigations.


  • 3+ years of experience in tech, consulting, or an operational capacity
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, Mathematics and Statistical background a plus
  • SQL experience
  • A background in product operations and content review in Internet technologies
  • Analytical skills and ability to assess performance from data analysis
  • A scrappy attitude and demonstrated ability to achieve results with minimal resources
  • Prior editing / policy enforcement experience and exercise excellent editorial discernment
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas into simple communications and instructions
  • Experience working with large teams of international audiences with diverse cultural backgrounds
