Reddit is seeking a Mid market Sales Manager to help mid market advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the Reddit advertising platform.


  • Acquire and grow mid market advertisers to exceed quarterly acquisition and revenue targets
  • Design and implement advertiser life cycle programs for acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation
  • Work with vendors to develop best practices that will serve as the foundation for an at scale business
  • Advise sales and product management regarding market opportunities, sales positioning, use of resources and strategic planning
  • Partner with Marketing to drive new product launches, marketing communications, and new advertiser acquisition
  • Collaborate cross functionally to drive quality and efficiencies in all workflows


  • 7-10 years experience in digital media sales and/or marketing
  • Strong familiarity in direct response advertising and optimizing towards a CPX goal
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
  • Demonstrated career progression in prior roles
  • Team leadership experience preferred
