UX Researcher

As a UX Researcher, you are an important link to our users, as well as an exceptional cross-functional collaborator. You are curious, driven, and methodical, – leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data, to translate these into direct product insight.


  • Collaborate with UX designers, PMs, and engineers to deliver actionable insight to influence product design.
  • Drive and implement research strategy and methodology for your area of ownership.
  • Identify and prioritize research items based on analysis of existing product designs, business needs, project goals, and risks.
  • Own and maintain user personas throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Communicate findings and opportunities in clear, concise, and compelling ways to stakeholders.
  • Derive the bigger picture from multiple concurrent efforts and drive research accordingly.


  • 3+ years of UX research experience in an applied setting.
  • Demonstrable experience in quantitative research, behavioral analytics, and statistics.
  • A collection of work demonstrating product impact through qualitative data.
  • A degree in HCI, Information Science, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working on social, or consumer-facing products across multiple platforms (desktop and mobile).
  • A strong sense of user empathy.
  • Problem solver who can be effective in situations with limited information, building a solution from first principles and communicating it to stakeholders.
  • Humble, driven, and motivated to ship the best product.
