The Sales Summit is a three-day experience designed for you to immerse yourself in the Red Ventures’ sales environment and learn about the industries we operate in and our world-class sales process. The summit will consist of a case project, seminars, networking opportunities and group presentations.
Our goal is to introduce you to the Red Ventures’ sales team and immerse you in our culture so that you can discover all that the Inside Sales role has to offer. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore Charlotte and in true RV style, have some fun!
You should apply if you:
- Are a current junior, but may have another internship or work lined up for this summer
- Are interested in pursuing sales as a career after graduation
- Want to work alongside the best of the best in sales
- You will have the opportunity to refine your sales skills through immediate feedback and coaching
- Hone your communication skills and learn how to boost your personal brand through effective business communication with Red Ventures leaders
- You’ll have the opportunity to experience Red Ventures and Charlotte and meet other college students!
- Participants will receive personal and professional development opportunities
- Select participants will receive an expedited interview for our full time Inside Sales Representative position
What is included:
- Overnight Housing
- All meals during the Summit
- Transportation to and from our headquarters and outside events will be provided each day you will be responsible for transportation to Charlotte
- NO COST TO YOU! We just ask that you get yourself to Charlotte and prepare to have a great experience
- Expected December 2017 or May 2018 graduation

- Select candidates will receive a phone interview and top candidates will be selected for the Summit
- Participants should secure their own travel to Charlotte for the Sales Summit
