We are looking for a hands-on and highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will oversee digital programs that drive pipelines for our sales team. You will also rely on your analytical expertise and creative problem-solving abilities to help build and implement customer acquisition strategies, paid media tactics, conversion optimization, and other critical programs to drive inbound leads.
What you'll be working on
Oversee and execute paid search, conversion rate optimization, social and display advertising marketing strategy
Run strategic paid media programs across the entire buying cycle, from awareness to purchase
Implement scalable paid advertising programs to strengthen and accelerate new customer acquisition
Research and implement opportunities for marketing profitability / ROI by using techniques such as A-B testing
Analyze campaigns to identify areas of improvement
Create closed looped reporting starting with first-touch through conversion
Drive insights through research / analytics to enable and uplevel sales discussions
Manage budget to ensure goals are hit and dollars are spent effectively
What we're looking for
2+ years experience in digital marketing for B2B SaaS company or digital agency
BA degree or higher
Proven track record running successful advertising campaigns.
A data expert!
Experience working with tools like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Marketo and Salesforce to report on digital marketing KPIs and program success
