Ripple is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team! As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining the day-to-day operations, and scaling the growth at Ripple Singapore. You will partner with outside vendors to manage and implement programs and be responsible for leading facilities projects. You are a diligent and resourceful problem-solver, able to iterate until the right solution is found. You can easily collaborate and communicate with internal teams and external partners. You are excellent at vendor management and contract negotiation. You are organized, methodical, with a clear ability to move projects forward.


What you’ll do:

  • Manage and lead daily Office Operations to keep our Singapore office operating at peak performance
  • Owning and managing relationships with our outside vendors, including cleaning, maintenance, catering and building services
  • Manage and develop a network of vendors and suppliers used to support facilities operations
  • Support seating additions, moves, and changes
  • Manage janitorial vendors including a day porter, weekend cleans and night staff
  • Work with/manage onsite security team and liaise with building security to ensure seamless procedure for employees and guests
  • Ensure that our office is clean and presentable at all times
  • Develop and assist with the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure an efficient and safe operation for the office environment
  • Manage maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and maximise productivity
  • Support company initiatives through event organization, communication and field office implementation
  • Liaise with other Ripple offices to ensure a consistent approach and standard of the office environment.
  • Be the point of contact for HQ for all operational requirements.


What we’re looking for:

  • 7 - 8 + years managing facilities/office projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently; lead and motivate cross-functionally towards project goals
  • Strong leadership profile with the ability to identify concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-up skills
  • Capable of accepting and delivering feedback creatively to deliver improved results
  • Experience using facilities ticketing systems
