Rooster Teeth is looking for a Merchandise Licensing Specialist to support our team! This role will be responsible for managing all inbound licensing partnerships and collaborations with external brand partners. Your responsibilities will include identifying and establishing relationships with potential partners and IP, overseeing the product lines for these partners, tracking and managing approvals for all product and marketing with these partners, and ensuring forecasts are sent and royalties are tracked and paid. This role will expand our product offerings and reach through relevant and exciting partnerships and product, and ultimately drive new business and customers to the Rooster Teeth Store.
The ideal candidate will be organized and be an expert in communication. You have experience in the worlds of licensing and retail, and understand the product development lifecycle.

Identify new IP and brands to expand our product assortment
Establish and manage relationships with potential and existing partners
Oversee the product lines created for all partners, and ensure they meet any partner requirements and expectations
Track and manage approvals for all product and marketing related to partners
Track and manage forecasts for all partners
Work closely with the planning and merchandising team to ensure forecasts are accurate and updated regularly
Track and manage payments and royalties for all partners
Work closely with the marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure products are launched and marketed to partner standards and needs
2-4 years experience in licensing
Merchandising or product development experience a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills a must
Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute and deliver on time
