The Role:

We're looking for...

We currently have a need in our Kentucky fulfillment center for an Inventory Control Clerk. The shift schedule shift schedules vary and associates may be required to work 40+ hours per week. Weekend work may be required...flexibility will be key

What you’ll accomplish…

  • Perform Bin Checks to confirm site images and features are consistent with inventory and provide detailed and concise feedback
  • Perform SKU Exchanges, to include accurate inventory adjustments, and ability to troubleshoot discrepancies, data collection, reporting, analysis within business unit supporting
  • Subject matter expert in warehouse management systems and reporting (including excel reporting and dashboards) in support of administrative needs
  • Will be knowledgeable of consolidation and cycle count strategies
  • Research order and product discrepancies looking for trends and solutions
  • Effectively communicate to customer service or other internal clients in written form as needed.
  • Must be able and willing to be held accountable to work in the secure high value cage
  • Must be competent in all aspects of the warehouse associate and warehouse operator job duties
  • Must be certified to operate high pickers, cherry pickers, and various lifts within the fulfillment center and attend continuing education and in-servicing to maintain certifications.
  • Must follow required safety checks and protocol for heavy equipment use and management
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and leadership behaviors as an individual contributor and as part of the team
  • Commitment to a culture of safety and loss prevention
  • Learn and demonstrate exceptional job performance in quality, productivity, attendance, and safety
  • Receive products using radio frequency scanners and desktop computers
  • Profile and prepare products (including VAS – special packing or sorting requirements)
  • Pick costumer orders on a multi-level mezzanine
  • Put Away Inventory on a multi-level mezzanine
  • Repackage Sample Inventory in an efficient manner
  • Pack and Ship customer orders Credit customer returns
  • Must be able and willing to cross train and learn all primary warehouse functions



You have…

  • The ability to work independently
  • Communicate with internal and external customers
  • Previous warehouse experience, preferably 1 year or more
  • Ability to communicate both written and verbally in a succinct and professional manner
  • Experience working with Excel/Google Docs to include data entry and some spreadsheet creation/modifications
  • Strong attention to details, analytical, and solution focused skillset
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must provide proof of right to work in the US
  • Willing and able to work overtime as required, may include weekends
  • Lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
  • Willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach and able to continuously climb and descend stairs safely
  • Must be able to work on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet
  • Must be able willing and able to work on heavy equipment, such as high pickers, which extend to heights as tall as 26 feet as part of their primary function
  • Skilled at using WMS and Excel/ MS Outlook Regular and reliable attendance
  • Successful completion of a post offer criminal background check and drug screen
  • Work Environment Work with and/or around moving mechanical parts Noise level varies and can be loud very fast paced environment
