THE ROLE: We’re looking for…


The Rue La La Personal Stylist provides a high touch customized styling experience to our Members by helping them to look and feel their best. Their objective is to become a trusted fashion advisor by building long term relationships, providing on point fashion and style advice and inspiring confidence every day to their clientele! 


What you’ll accomplish…You will;

  • Curate boutiques and personally style hundreds of Rue La La Members by providing a high touch styling service which meets the Members needs and wants
  • Regularly engage with qualified Members through phone, email, and SMS by utilizing Rue La La issued equipment and tools
  • Effectively execute on the sales cycle to ensure maximum revenue opportunity is captured
  • Track and manage all your interactions and efforts with Members
  • Share and apply best practices in achieving exemplary results
  • Leverage Rue La La’s extensive inventory in apparel, accessories, footwear and European luxury fashion to drive sales
  • Meet sales objectives while maintaining high Member satisfaction ratings
  • Effectively partner with our Customer Service team to facilitate timely resolution to Member issues
  • Be the voice of our Members by providing feedback, helping us continue to provide them exceptional service

THE RIGHT FIT: You have…

  • A passion for and deep knowledge about clothing, leading fashion brands, fashion trends and how clothes fit
  • Worked in a customer facing role, preferably in a store or online retail setting
  • Previous experience as a Personal Stylist and/or experience working with luxury brands is a PLUS
  • Have a solid track record of achieving sales objectives and high customer satisfaction ratings
  • The set up to work remotely
  • Access to consistent, highly reliable, internet connection
  • Strong computer skills with a high level of comfort in web-based applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high level of comfort with phone and email contact
  • A customer orientation and ability to work with various personalities
  • A working knowledge of social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter
  • The ability to work up to 28 hours per week
