We are hiring a Sr. Manager for Channel Alliances to lead our growth through channel partners. You’ll set the strategy and drive the execution of programs that bring net new revenue via analytics and growth agencies, development firms, regional systems integrators, consultants, etc.

What you’ll do

  • Generate growth through our channel partners by developing and executing programs that drive qualified leads to Segment
  • Drive business to our channel partners by identifying Segment customers who can benefit from working with third party consultants and agencies
  • Review effectiveness and impact of channel programs on recurring basis internally and with partners 
  • Scale channel partner base across different categories and geographies
  • Develop mutually-beneficial and trusting relationships with partners, making Segment a favored company with which to partner
  • Own and develop relationship with key partners by having regularly scheduled calls, making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities
  • Actively promote value proposition for our partnerships internally and within partner company

You’re a great fit if you…

  • Are excited about rolling up your sleeves and getting stuff done in the unstructured environment of a hyper-growth technology startup
  • Are great at identifying and unlocking mutual value in relationships with third parties
  • Have experience in enabling sales organizations to co-sell with partners
  • Love building relationships inside and outside the organization
  • Have a proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects to success
  • Are highly productive
  • Are knowledgeable about the mar-tech and analytics SaaS tool ecosystem 
  • Have 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, business development, and/or revenue generating roles in SaaS companies

This role requires being **full-time** in our San Francisco office
