We're looking to grow our sales team by finding bright, hardworking Sales Development Reps who can help develop our outbound strategy. We’re still a young team so each member plays an integral role in building the foundation of our future sales organization. At Segment, you will be joining a team that is dedicated to helping you learn the B2B software sales industry, and develop your career. What you’ll do:
Spearhead the growth & adoption of Segment withCommercial and/or Enterprise customers
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through various outbound channels to increase customer interest, and excitement in Segment products.
Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries regarding interest in Segment products
Craft a great first impression to our prospects and customers by adding value during every customer touchpoint
Partner with our experienced AEs to help fill pipeline and grow your skills
Engage in team development and mentoring
Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business

You’re a great fit if you…
You have 1–2 years of work experience, SDR/BDR experience is a plus
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
