The Product Specialist team at Sentieo drives the technical aspect of the sales cycle. Your team is heavily relied upon to contribute to both growth and retention initiatives by helping maximize prospect and customer health. Your team guides the conversation with potential users by crafting attractive, easily understandable value points from the technical details and tools that make Sentieo unique. Working closely with the Sales team, as well as the Customer Success and Product teams, the Product Specialist team is an integral part to the end result: exponential adoption across asset managers and corporations worldwide.


As a Product Specialist, you marry the technical knowledge of our solution with a deep understanding of the markets to ensure that users are realizing maximum value from the platform.  Your impact gives finance professionals the clearest view into the power of Sentieo’s technical value. You will work across the entire Sentieo universe from potential and current customers to product considerations. With your initiative and contribution to the Product Specialist team, Sentieo will continue to grow as the leading equity research tool for finance professionals.


  • Assist the Sales team across the entire sales cycle focusing on leading larger trials and driving the Sentieo value proposition.
  • Assist the Customer Success team across the life cycle of the Sentieo user on such items as building analytics and excel plug in templates, helping the upsell process, and answering basic questions.
  • Craft content which can be sent to potential customers during the sales cycle.
  • Help Product Managers and the Engineering team develop the product from a combination of your own prior knowledge as well as from direct customer and potential customer feedback.


  • BS/BA or equivalent. 2+ years of financial services experience (buy/sell side, fintech vendor, corporate finance)
  • Understanding financial technology platforms, and an intelligent, articulate, consultative and confident client facing demeanor.
  • High degree of motivation with the ability to supply.
  • High-energy and creative individual, possessing natural curiosity with the ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation abilities. Ability to distill and explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • Able to appropriately communicate at both senior executive and research analyst levels.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization when under pressure.
