We are looking for a sharp, quantitative and results-oriented Head of Growth Marketing to join the rocketship and drive this acceleration. As a leader on the Marketing team, you will drive consumer and retailer acquisition, using a marketing mix including, but not limited to, search, social, and display. You will be responsible for improving the efficiency of existing marketing channels as well as growing new channels to hit ambitious goals. This person will own the development, optimization and execution of performance-based marketing programs across the full lifecycle.

  • Partner with functional stakeholders like Brand, Product, Finance and Sales to develop strategic growth campaigns 
  • Methodically test, launch and scale each growth channel
  • Build deep understanding of marketing traffic sources and core KPIs
  • Drive revenue planning based on a solid understanding of ShopRunner’s traffic sources
  • Develop an understanding of the customer journey through the perspective of all marketing touch points
  • Partner with Analytics to build reporting and present insights
  • Comfortable crafting a narrative rooted in data


  • 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing or revenue management/planning roles; preferably at a consumer or tech growth company
  • Deep understanding of the Organic, Paid and Earned Media channels used for customer acquisition and retention including: Email, SEO, SEM, Display, Video, Social, Web, App, Content Marketing
  • Demonstrated success in building and optimizing lead and/or new customer acquisition campaigns in SEO, SEM, social, etc. against performance targets
  • Comfortable establishing channel goals and measuring success of marketing campaigns based on objectives (i.e., lead volume, ROI)
  • Outstanding oral, written communication skills
  • Endless curiosity about growth marketing and customer behavior
  • Self-motivated, results driven and passionate about their craft
