Join our growing team and become a product expert, learn how to analyze data inquiries from customers, and help us strengthen our relationships with our customers! The Support Specialist position sits at the heart of SimilarWeb, interfacing on a day to day basis with all divisions of the company, especially between Account Managers, Product, and R&D.
As a Support Specialist at SimilarWeb, you will:
Provide our customers with high quality, personalized support primarily by email, fostering close customer relationships.
Become an expert user of all SimilarWeb products.
Investigate customer issues to identify bugs and communicate these incidents internally.
Provide feedback to our Product team by communicating ideas that would improve the use of the product for our customers as well as providing them with ideas for new functionality.
What will I bring to the team?
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Internet & tech savvy
Basic understanding of the online industry and digital marketing
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Creative skills, bringing new ideas to the team
Highly service-oriented with customer-facing skills
It’s a plus if you have:
Previous customer support experience
Experience with Excel or JIRA
Experience with SaaS platforms
Data analysis skills
Bilingual language skills
