We are for a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Team Player with experience recruiting engineering, sales, marketing, support and other talent in the software industry in the India and EMEA. Some experience in the software or hardware security industry is preferred but not required. You will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment cycle as well as administration of various policies, procedures and programs. The incumbent will primarily focus on acting as a recruitment business partner to hiring managers and the candidate experience.



  • Full life cycle recruiting - yes, you will own the hiring manager relationship and become entrenched in the business.
  • Building deep partnerships with Hiring Managers to understand their teams hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements/gaps, business, and team dynamics. This is not a key-word matching exercise.
  • Developing sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates through methods such as web sourcing, Boolean searches, candidate referrals, social networking, etc.
  • Identifying, attracting, screening, and securing top talent candidates for a variety of skill and experience levels.
  • Operating with a laser, unbending focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Negotiating offers and successfully closing candidates.
  • Acting as a consultant and SME in hiring processes.
  • Providing exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience in a corporate environment with a bachelor’s degree.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Proven deep client management expertise including partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of people.
  • Must have Exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation/closing, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Incumbent must have strong integrity and ability to work in team environment.
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials; establishing priorities; and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to process and follow specific instructions and directives with emphasis on details and producing quality results
