The Sales Finance Analyst will provide multi-regional reporting and support essential to our sales force’s headcount and operating expense management. Key responsibilities will include headcount reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting and analysis and sales team support. The Sales Finance Analyst will collaborate with a cross functional team in Finance, TA, HR, Sales Operations and Sales Management all in support of sales operating expense objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and metrics in support of meeting key sales initiatives and targets
• Perform data cleansing/normalizing, analytics, and provide analysis and trends focusing on Sales data across our regions and various Teams
• Track performance to budget/forecast and provide variance analysis
• Support tight deadlines and ad-hoc sales leader initiatives in a rapidly growing business
• Know what quality data means and help us design and improve it
• Support the weekly Sales headcount reconciliation and forecast process performing analytics, and driving adoption of reporting and dashboards

Qualifications:


• Has 3+ years proven experience working in a channel sales finance/operations analyst role
• Is proficient using CRM and BI tools (SFDC, QlikView, Hyperion, etc.)
• Understands a both Direct and two-tier distribution sales channel business model
• Is well organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Has exceptional communication skills and can effectively collaborate with other stakeholders
• Is highly proficient in MS Office, specifically in Excel (macros, vlookup, modelling, etc.) and PowerPoint (creating insightful presentations)
• Must have excellent communication skills
