About the role

The Brisbane Team is currently looking for a Member Success Representative (MSR) to join the team. The MSR position is an account management style role. This person is responsible for the retention, mentoring and coaching of a portfolio of Splend Members. They do this by conducting monthly check-ins, managing payment schedules and finding new ways to deliver a valuable member experience. Operationally, they perform onboards, exchanges and terminations and guide Members through Splend's accident management process whilst driving lead generation through member referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Think Account Manager, with all the client nurturing, minus the pushy commercial sales targets
  • You will be creating unforgettable experiences when you present new Members with a brand new car and giving them the opportunity to earn an income to support their family and or their careers
  • You'll be providing ongoing guidance and advice to our Members on how to become more profitable and maintain a higher driver rating with Uber 
  • You will provide coaching and feedback to our Members to ensure that their behaviours stays aligned to their contracts 
  • You will create deep and long-lasting relationships that go beyond the levels of service they would expect. These include monthly catch-ups with each of your members, much like any good relationship, you will need to have two-way conversations with Members, including hard conversations around meeting their rental contract obligations 

Requirements

  • You will have a vast experience in customer facing roles
  • Great customer service skills
  • Highly organised and strong ability to manage time
  • An effective communicator with the ability to work in a team and build rapport with customers
  • Can effectively build relationships help and empower other from different backgrounds
  • Familiarity with the use of CRM systems
  • Enjoy a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Experienced working in a high growth and/or start up business
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
  • Some working knowledge of Uber or experience in the vehicle rental industry preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite - excel, Powerpoint especially
  • Must have a valid drivers license and working rights
